Terms & Conditions
Last updated: July 2026. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the AZM Solutions website and the training and products we provide. By using our site, booking a course, or placing an order, you agree to these terms. “AZM Solutions”, “we” and “us” means AZM Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN 34 688 696 004).
Part A — Website Terms of Use
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. All content — text, logos, images, the AZM Solutions and AZM Collection brands, and page copy — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or reused without permission. We aim to keep the site accurate and available but don’t guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and are not under our control.
Part B — Training Course Terms
Bookings and payment
A booking is confirmed once payment in full is received. Full payment is required before the course start date. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise.
Eligibility, medical and conduct
IRATA rope access training is physically demanding. By booking, you confirm you meet the course requirements: you are at least 18 years of age, are physically fit to work safely at height, and will complete the required medical self-certification on your first day. AZM Solutions runs to the IRATA International standard and reserves the right to refuse or remove any candidate from training where there are genuine concerns about their fitness, conduct, or safety, in which case our standard cancellation terms apply.
Cancellations, transfers and refunds
- Cancel or transfer with more than 14 days’ notice: full refund or free transfer to another date.
- Cancel with 7 to 14 days’ notice: 50% refund, or transfer to another date for an administration fee.
- Cancel with less than 7 days’ notice or non-attendance (“no-show”): no refund.
- If AZM Solutions cancels or reschedules a course, you’ll be offered a transfer to the next available date or a full refund.
Assessment and results
Courses include independent assessment by an accredited IRATA International Assessor. Assessment outcomes are determined by the Assessor, not AZM Solutions. Not everyone passes; where further training is needed, we’ll offer additional training and re-assessment at a later date. Re-assessment costs $300.
Certification
IRATA qualifications are issued subject to successful assessment and are valid for three (3) years, before which they must be revalidated. Certification is administered under the IRATA Training, Assessment and Certification Scheme (TACS).
Part C — Online Store Terms (AZM Collection)
Products and availability
The AZM Collection is released in limited drops. Each drop contains a limited number of pieces and, once sold out, items may not be restocked. We take care to display products, colours and descriptions accurately, but slight variations can occur, particularly with natural, organically dyed fabrics.
Pricing and payment
Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken at checkout via our secure payment provider. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel and refund any order affected by an obvious error.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation and dispatch your items. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurs) and will refund you in full if we do.
Title and risk
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title passes once we have received payment in full.
Returns and consumer guarantees
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. See our Returns & Exchanges page for full details, including your rights for faulty items and our change-of-mind policy.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights and guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to re-supplying the training or product, or paying the cost of doing so. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. All students will sign the IRATA liability form before starting training on day one.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
